Lumbridge is a city in Misthalin, ruled by Duke Horacio. It is where new players are sent after completing Tutorial Island.
Lumbridge has many unique NPC's to talk to. These NPC's are called tutors, and will help new players understand skills. They are labeled with a (question mark) icon on the minimap. In Lumbridge you can find the:
